My practice is integrative with a focus on mindfulness, interpersonal, cognitive-behavioral, and psychodynamic philosophies. My specialty is health psychology; I am passionate about working with people who are struggling with medical issues.

Women's health is a main interest of mine. Women who are struggling with infertility and pregnancy loss often feel that they are isolated and their journey to have a child consumes their life. Psychotherapy is beneficial for managing the stress of the process one is going through; whether it be miscarriage, infertility treatments, or adoption. I also specialize in treating women in the postpartum stage.

Psychosocial oncology is another area of expertise. Women diagnosed with cancer and those who are in remission can benefit from therapy for multiple reasons. My passion for helping these women comes from a desire to support them when they are feeling isolated, scared, and alone. I use stress management techniques and cognitive-behavioral therapy as indicated.

My other professional interest includes working with adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationships, family, parenting and other life stressors.
